MATT AND VAL’S LAST DAY IN BALI!

Today was Matt and Val’s LAST day in Bali! They woke up BEET RED and remained BEET RED all day. They may still be BEET RED when John and I return to the States in April! 😳

The four of us basically accomplished THREE THINGS today! No worries, cuz we were all in vaca mode! First, we ATE! We enjoyed breakfast at the Corner House, which Trip Advisor said had the VERY best breakfast around. Trip Advisor did not fail us!

Val ordered a banana coconut smoothie, and she LOVED it!

Second, we SHOPPED! Sometimes that last minute shopping proves to be the VERY BEST shopping! And what a shopping Mecca it is here in Seminyak! It was fun getting into some of the nearby shops and browsing!

We ATE again (lunch) at the Ginger Moon. Val had a dragon fruit, mint, and coconut slushy that she rated as FABULOUS!

Third, we SWAM! No pictures, because all four of us were in the pool for several hours together! It was SO REFRESHING! And, of course, Happy Hour was enjoyed immensely!

And then we SHOPPED again! (Val went back for a beautiful tannish brown leather bag. She and Matt negotiated like pros!)

And then we ATE again! (Dinner!) We decided on Batik, so we could try some local Indonesian food! The restaurant was VERY CUTE and the food was VERY GOOD!
