SEPANG INT’L CIRCUIT AND THEN HE WAS OFF!

Jonathan needed to be dropped off at the airport at noon, which gave us time to tour the Sepang International Circuit, where the Formula One ran for nineteen years!  We paid 60 ringgets a piece for the tour and it was EXCELLENT!  Growing up with the Indianapolis 500, the Formula One, and The Brickyard 400, none of us had ever really thought about what all goes on behind the scene for such huge events!  This got us up close and personal!

 

And just like that we were at the airport dropping Jonathan off for his long trek back to the states.  Here, Chloe, you’ll be happy to know that we sent him home with a mask!  

When we got back to our condo, John and I packed our bags for our early morning pickup (3:40AM) for our flight to Laos!  But first, we FINALLY got to take the Vespas Street Food Tour!  Were we happy that we got to squeeze that in before we leave KL! (But we were bummed that Jon had to miss it!)

I’ll post food tour pictures tomorrow, as they assured us that we would be out LATE!

Oh yea, and John and I are OFFICIALLY in the 20’s now!!!
